- Work weeknight games and/or weekend tournaments, based on your availability!
- Develop personal skills including self-confidence, cooperation, decision-making, and public speaking.
- Earn $45-$60 per game plus mileage reimbursement.
- New umpires receive a CASUA crested shirt.
- Loaner plate gear is also available.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
- Go to our website and register your name with CASUA
- Complete the online theory session, and attend an in-person mechanics clinic. (details to be announced)
- Pay the $120 registration fee (includes the clinic, insurance, rule book, umpire shirt, and Softball Canada / Softball Alberta membership).
- Get on the diamond ready to work and have fun as your start your umpiring career.
