Clinic format for softball umpires in Alberta features a two-part process:
Part 1: Complete an online theory portion, offered in video format.
The theory portion is developed by the Alberta Softball Umpires Association (ASUA) Education Committee. The videos are usually available in mid-March. Further details will be provided as they become available.
Part 2: Attend an in-person mechanics portion, hosted by the CASUA
The CASUA will be hosting several in-person mechanics sessions across central Alberta. We are working to finalize clinic dates and locations for 2025 mechanics sessions. They usually take place throughout the month of April.
